The CEO of Eurocopter says that an undisclosed Middle Eastern country recently took delivery of an EC635 light attack helicopter, Defense News reports.
The delivery was "accepted on time" in the autumn, said Lutz Bertling, chief executive of EADS Eurocopter.
The Franco-German-Spanish Eurocopter group is headquartered in France.
The helicopter was armed with the South African Ingwe missile, along with rockets, a 20-mm gun and a self-defense suite, Bertling said.
