E.U. Leaders Give Conditional Nod For Croatian Membership

The leaders of the European Union say they will complete accession negotiations with Croatia by the end of the month, reports the Croatian Times.
At a meeting on Friday in Brussels, the E.U. members praised Croatia for its efforts to meet the organization's membership requirements.
The accession agreement is expected to be signed by the end of the year, with full membership likely on July 1, 2013.
