European Union member states are expected end an arms embargo against Uzbekistan, reports the E.U. Observer.
The decision, which was reached during a meeting of E.U. diplomats in Brussels last week, is likely to be approved by foreign ministers in Luxembourg on Oct. 26, said E.U. diplomats.
