Jamaican security forces have escalated their efforts in their hunt for a drug lord, using bulldozers on Friday to clear blockades erected by supporters of the target, Christopher "Dudus" Coke, United Press International reports.
At least 73 people have died in five days of fighting between Jamaican forces and supporters of Coke, security officials said Thursday.
More than 500 people have been arrested during the manhunt, the New York Times reported.
