Troops from an Army unit at Fort Meade, Md., are in Iraq to study the Islamic State (ISIS) in action, reports the Baltimore Sun.
ISIS presents a new kind of challenge, said Lt. Col. Justin Sapp, the commander of the Asymmetric Warfare Group.
