Electronic Warfare Agreement With Belarus Becomes Law

Russian President Dmitry Medvedev has signed into law an agreement on electronic warfare with Belarus, reports Interfax-AVN (Russia).
The measure establishes the legal framework for a deal that is expected to include the creation and maintenance of a unified electronic warfare system for the regional grouping of Belarusian and Russian forces.
The agreement was signed in Moscow in 2009 and ratified by Russia's State Duma in May.
