Ekso Bionics To Continue Work On SOCOM's Exoskeleton Project

Ekso Bionics, a robotics firm in Richmond, Calif., says it has received a grant to expand its involvement in the second phase of the Tactical Assault Light Operator Suit (TALOS) exoskeleton project for the U.S. Special Operations Command (SOCOM), reports Seapower.
The project is working on a wearable uniform for infantry that will improve mobility and protection.
The second of four phases of the TALOS program is scheduled to be delivered in the latter part of 2015.
