Drug Tests Ordered For Special Ops Troops In Afghanistan

All Australian special operations personnel in Afghanistan will undergo drug testing after a commando apparently overdosed at the base at Tarin Kowt, reports the Sydney Morning Herald.

The commando was found unconscious in his room on Friday night along with pills and white powder. The powder appeared to be an opiate and is being tested, said Air Chief Marshal Angus Houston, the defense chief.
