About three dozen militants were killed in missile strikes from unmanned aerial vehicles on Saturday and Sunday in northwestern Pakistan.
An apparent U.S. drone killed 16 suspected militants Saturday morning in the South Waziristan tribal agency, CNN reports.
The unmanned aircraft fired at least five missiles at a militant compound, a local government official said.
On Sunday, 19 militants were killed in three drone strikes, the BBC reported.
