A U.S. drone strike in southeastern Yemen has killed four suspected Al-Qaida militants, reports Xinhua, China's state news agency.
A vehicle travelling outside Mukalla, the provincial capital of Hadramout, was hit by a missile on Wednesday, killing four militants, an unnamed security official told Xinhua.
A local leader of Al-Qaida in the Arabian Peninsula (AQAP) was said to be among those killed, reported AFP. AQAP controls Mukalla.
