The Argentine and Chilean navies are conducting a joint training exercise in the Beagle Channel in Tierra del Fuego at the tip of South America, reports Mercopress (Uruguay).
The Viekaren IX drills are aimed at improving interoperability and will feature search-and-rescue, communications, medical evacuation and crisis support operations.
