Draghi Resigns Again, Paving Way For New Elections

Italian Prime Minister Mario Draghi resigned for the second time in a week, and this time President Sergio Mattarella accepted his resignation, reports the Local (Italy).

Draghi first resigned last Thursday, after the anti-establishment Five Star Movement (M5S) dropped out of his coalition government. Mattarella subsequently refused his resignation, urging Draghi to return to Parliament to find a way forward.
