Draft Agreement Reached On Exporting Nuclear Fuel

The third day of talks in Vienna between Iran and the West concluded Wednesday with a draft agreement on how to provide Tehran with nuclear fuel for civilian purposes, CNN reports.

Delegations from Iran, France, Russia, the United States and the United Nations have until Friday to decide whether they will sign the agreement, diplomatic officials said.
