Dozens of people have been killed in interethnic fighting in the West Darfur region of Sudan, reports the U.N. News.
Fighting between Arab tribes and the non-Arab Massalit community began in El Geneina in mid-January, resulting in hundreds of casualties to date. An estimated 100,000 people have fled the region.
