The Kremlin is said to be looking for a double agent who exposed 10 deep-cover operatives in the United States, Reuters reports, citing a Russian paper.
Col. Shcherbakov, head of the Foreign Intelligence Service's department for espionage in the U.S., had been working for Washington, Russian officials told Kommersant. The colonel's first name was not given.
Shcherbakov reportedly left Moscow for the U.S. in June days before the FBI arrested members of a Russian spy ring. ...
