Donetsk, Luhansk Separatist Leaders Announce Unilateral Cease-Fire, First Since Conflict Started In 2014

Leaders of the Russian-supported separatists in eastern Ukraine have announced a unilateral cease-fire set to begin on Wednesday, reports Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty.

On Tuesday, Aleksandr Zakharchenko, the separatist leader in Ukraine's Donetsk area, announced on Russian television that the separatists were "fully committed" to the Minsk peace agreements.
