DoD Touts Successful Micro-Drone Swarming Demonstration

The Dept. of Defense, Strategic Capabilities Office (SCO) and Naval Air Systems Command have reportedly successfully demonstrated a large micro-drone swarm during trials at China Lake, Calif.
The testing in October 2016 involved 103 Perdix drones launched from three F/A-18E/F Super Hornets, reports the Pentagon.
