DoD Reveals Deaths Of 2 Senior Al-Qaida Operatives In Syria

The Pentagon has announced that recent U.S. airstrikes in Syria killed two senior Al-Qaida operatives.
Mohammad Habib Boussadoun al-Tunisi, an external operations leader for the group, was killed in a strike on Jan. 17 near Idlib, said a Pentagon spokesman on Thursday.
Al-Tunisi, a Tunisian national, had been involved in plots to attack Western targets, the spokesman said.
