DoD Budget Highlights F-35, New Bomber, Special Ops

A draft of the Obama administration's 2011 defense budget calls for $10.7 billion for the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter, $4 billion for a new long-range Air Force bomber and $6.3 billion for Special Operations Command (SOCOM), Defense News reports.
