Documents Show Lack Of Support To Find Bin Laden Pre-9/11

Declassified CIA documents indicate that the agency complained it was receiving little "institutional support" to pursue Osama bin Laden before the terrorist attacks of Sept. 11, 2001, reports UPI.

The heavily redacted documents show the CIA had funding problems at the end of the Clinton administration and the beginning of President George W. Bush's term, said a U.S. National Security Archive fellow involved in editing the documents.
