Disputed Election Leads To Sealed Borders

The Ivorian military says it has closed the borders of Ivory Coast because of tensions generated by Sunday presidential runoff elections, United Press International reports.

The opposition candidate was declared the winner by the electoral commission.

However, the Constitutional Court rejected the electoral commission's finding that opposition candidate Alassane Ouattara had won.
