Taiwan says it will open a diplomatic mission in Lithuania under its own name, in a significant shift likely to anger Beijing, reports Agence France-Presse.
On Tuesday, Taiwan announced that it would open an office under the name "Taiwanese Representative Office in Lithuania," rather than the typical Taipei Representative Office.
