South Korea has begun research on a longer range ballistic missile that could strike all of North Korea, reports South Korea's Yonhap News Agency.
Byun Moo-keun, the head of the Defense Acquisition Program Administration, told Parliament that his organization is considering a missile with a range of more than 300 miles (500 km).
Seoul has voluntarily restricted its missile development efforts to missiles with a range of about 190 miles (300 km) and a payload of 1,100 pounds...
