Supporters of the Iranian opposition clashed with police in Tehran on Thursday during the anniversary of the 1979 Islamic revolution, Agence France-Presse reports.
Demonstrations grew violent at Sadeghieh Square, about a mile from where earlier celebrations took place at Azadi Square, witnesses said.
