Armed fighters from a former Congolese rebel group have crossed into the Democratic Republic of Congo from Uganda, say DRC officials cited by Reuters.
The rebels from the M23 group had been in camps for demobilized fighters in Uganda since they were defeated in 2013, reported AFP.
