The Philippine Dept. of National Defense says it expects to receive six A-29 Super Tucano light attack aircraft by February 2020, in what appears to be an unexpected delay, reports the official Philippine News Agency.
The department's public affairs office made the announcement on Thursday.
In November 2017, Brazilian manufacturer Embraer announced that it had received a US$99 million contract from Manila for six Super Tucanos and a logistics support program.
