South Korea and Vietnam have been holding vice-ministerial defense talks in Seoul, reports the Yonhap news agency (Seoul).

South Korean Vice Defense Minister Suh Choo Suk was expected to meet late Friday with his Vietnamese counterpart Nguyen Chi Vinh for the annual defense strategy dialogue. The program began in 2012.
