The Canadian government is reviewing its defense spending plans.
The document being revised appeared as the 2008 Canada First Defense Strategy, reports the Canadian Press.
The revision is expected to be completed by the fall.
Defense officials said they anticipate the plans set out in the original document would be kept, but quantities may be reduced.
