Defense Review Should Emphasize ISIS, Drones, Special Ops, Says Cameron

Prime Minister David Cameron says the U.K.'s upcoming defense review should shift resources toward what he called the "evolving threats" of terrorism, a more aggressive Russia and hackers, reports the Guardian (U.K.).

During a visit to a military base on Monday, he urged more spending for special operations forces, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and more deployable counter-terrorist capabilities.
