Defense Pact Renewed With U.S. For Another 10 Years.

During a visit by President Obama, India and the United States have agreed to renew their Defense Framework Agreement for a decade, reports the Press Trust of India.
"Today, we have also decided to take our growing defense cooperation to a new level. We have agreed, in principle, to pursue co-development and co-production of specific advanced defense projects," said Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday.
High-level talks were held between Modi and Obama in New Delhi.
