Defense Ministry Unveils More Offensive Cyber Strategy

Defense Minister Florence Parly has revealed details of France's new cyber strategy, including more resources and a more offensive posture, reports the Fifth Domain. 

"Today, France is choosing to procure cyber weapons for its military operations," Parly said on Friday. "We consider the cyber weapon as a full-fledged operational weapon," she said.

France reserves the right to retaliate to cyber attacks "with the means and at the moment of our choosing," the defense minister said....
