The Argentinean Defense Ministry is drafting a bill to create a military reserve force, reports the Buenos Aires Times.
The proposed unit would consist of up to 10,000 civilians who would receive training one to two times a year for a total of 15 to 28 days, according to the draft bill, as reported by the Clarin newspaper (Argentina) on Tuesday.
