Defense Ministry Report Views China's Military Modernization With Concern

A new Defense Ministry report warns that China is rapidly upgrading its ability to project force against India, reports the Press Trust of India.

The ministry report says: "Chinese footprints in India's neighborhood are increasing progressively due to its proactive diplomacy through political, military and economic engagements."

The Indian report also says: "Rapid infrastructure development in Tibet and Xinjiang has considerably upgraded China's military force projection...
