The Ugandan Defense Ministry has itemized some of its planned spending in the US$382 million defense budget for 2017-2018, reports the Observer (Kampala).
More than half of the budget will be spent on the welfare of military personnel, according to the Ministry of Defense.
Two army units will receive about US$207 million, according to ministry estimates made public this week.
