The Defense Ministry has decided to equip Russian ground-based mobile ballistic missile launchers with a different means of camouflage, reports RIA Novosti.
The new system will provide effective cover for the deployed launchers and erase their tracks to disguise their movements, said a ministry spokesman.
The system can also create false trails, he said.
The Teikovo unit in the Ivanovo Region will be the first to be equipped with the new systems for its Topol-M and Yars...
