Afghanistan's Defense Ministry says it is almost completed preparations for a new militia unit, reports Tolo News (Afghanistan).
The militia will be comprised of reserve soldiers and officers. They will receive a salaries in the same fashion as regular units, said a Defense Ministry spokesman on Monday.
