Chinese Defense Minister Liang Guanglie and his German counterpart Karl Theodor zu Guttenberg have agreed to discuss a increase in bilateral military relations, reports Xinhua, China's state news agency.
During a meeting in Beijing, the ministers noted that their countries have strengthened ties in recent years, including hold more talks on military policies and greater cooperation in terms of personnel exchanges.
