Defense Minister Urges Military Cooperation With Russia

Moldovan Defense Minister Vitalie Marinuta called for greater military cooperation between Moldova and Russia, reports Interfax-AVN (Russia).
Marinuta met this week with Russian officials at the Russian Embassy in the Moldovan capital Chisinau.
The parties agreed to cooperate on regional security issues, military exercises and military education, officials said.
