Iran said on Wednesday that it has successfully test-fired an upgraded version of its Fateh 110 short-range surface-to-surface missile, reports Xinhua, China's state-based news agency.
The third-generation, solid-fuel missile features more precise targeting, said Iranian Defense Minister Ahmad Vahidi.
Its range has also been upgraded from 200 km (124 miles) to 250 km (155 miles), said Vahidi.
