Greece has signed a statement of intent to purchase two Belharra-class frigates from France, reports the Kathimerini newspaper (Athens). Defense Minister Nikos Panagiotopoulos signed the statement of intent during a meeting in Paris on Oct. 10 with French Armed Forces Minister Florence Parly.
