The Canadian Dept. of National Defense is developing a new system to keep track of activity in Canada's Arctic waters, reports CBC News.
The Canadian Arctic Underwater Sentinel Experiment (CAUSE), which is overseen by Defense Research and Development Canada (DRDC), involves developing and testing new technologies at a remote military station in Gascoyne Inlet in Nunavut.
