Defense Dept. Opens Expanded Area Of Trials Range

The Australian Defense Dept. has officially opened the newly expanded part of the Monegeeta Proving Ground Complex near Melbourne.

The complex is used to test equipment prior to production; to ensure electrical equipment operates in all conditions; to test vehicles to determine handling and stability on all terrain; and to measure equipment performance in night and low-light conditions.
