Senior Japanese and Vietnamese defense officials have signed a new agreement to strengthen defense and cyberspace cooperation, reports the Republic World (Mumbai).
Japanese Defense Minister Nobuo Kishi and his Vietnamese counterpart, Phan Van Giang, signed the agreement on Tuesday in Tokyo.
