Brazil and the United States are preparing to sign a new defense cooperation agreement next week, reports Mercopress (Uruguay).
The accord, which would be the first bilateral military cooperation agreement between the two nations since 1977, is said to offer a broad framework for military cooperation and would make defense-related businesses viable.
