The Indonesian Ministry of Defense has selected Embraer to supply light attack aircraft for the Indonesian air force, reports the Brazilian defense firm.
The deal is said to cover eight Super Tucano turboprop aircraft, ground support stations and an integrated logistics package. The value of the contract was not made public.
Deliveries are scheduled to begin in 2012.
