A car bomb exploded outside a Shi'ite mosque in northern Iraq on Wednesday, the Voice of America News reports.
At least 15 people were killed and 26 others wounded in the blast in Baquba, the capital of Diyala province, security officials said.
Some government officials said the death toll could reach 30.
This was the third attack in or around Baquba since Monday. Police have imposed a curfew in the neighborhood of the mosque, noted Agence France-Presse.
