India and Russia are said to be deep into negotiations for a long-term arrangement that would ensure New Delhi had enough spare parts for its Su-30MKI fighter jets, reports Russia's Sputnik news agency.
The potential agreement would include the establishment of a logistics hub for the Su-30 at the Bangalore facilities of Hindustan Aeronautics, according to unnamed sources.
Delegation-level talks are set for March to sign the contract.
