Honduran interim leader Roberto Micheletti has agreed to a deal that could reinstate ousted President Manuel Zelaya, the Voice of America News reports.
The deal was brokered by the Organization of American States with considerable U.S. involvement.
The accord calls for the Honduran Congress to vote on Zelaya's possible reinstatement for three months with the prior approval of the Supreme Court, according to Micheletti.
