Malaysia—Deal Near For Slovak Howitzers

Malaysia is will soon finalize a deal with Slovakia for self-propelled howitzers, reports the Institute for Central Europe (Bratislava, Slovakia). The details of the sale have not been finalized, but it is expected to involve 16 to 18 155-mm Eva howitzers. The gun is mounted on a Tatra 6 x 6 all-terrain chassis, although it can be installed on an 8 x 8 chassis as an option, reported Army Recognition.
