Deal Made For More Than 200 Ukrainian Tanks

The Ethiopian Defense Ministry has finalized a deal with Ukraine's Ukrspetsexport arms export agency for scores of tanks, reports Interfax-AVN (Russia).
The US$100 million contract is for more than 200 tanks, although other specifics were not disclosed.
The deal likely involves modernized T-72 tanks, according to defense industry sources.
Ukraine expects additional orders for repairing and maintenance of the tanks, reported RIA Novosti.
